  3. Select “Transfer to account”.
  4. Select a recipient. If you have no registered recipients, click in “Add recipient” and enter the required information. Click “Next”.
  5. Select a recipient account. If you have no registered accounts, click in “Add account” and enter the required information. Click “Next”.
  6. Enter the amount you wish to transfer and then the system will display the amount that will be charged to your master account.

  2. From the main menu, select “Bill Pay”.
  3. Select the country.
  4. Search for the biller by entering the name of the service or selecting it from the list and click the “$” sign to make the payment.
  5. Enter the requested information such as reference number, amount, etc. that will be included on your receipt.
  6. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  7. Click “Debit account” to complete the transaction.

  3. Select the country and enter the mobile number that you wish to recharge and click “Continue”.

  1. From the Cuallet home page in the log in area, you will be able to see the option “Forgot password? Click there.
  2. A screen will be displayed where you can select the method to receive the recovery code (SMS or Email)
  3. If selected SMS, enter your mobile number. If selected Email, enter your email address and click the “Recover” button.
  4. Once you receive the recovery password, click on “Do you already have a password reset code?” enter your Email/Mobile and the recovery code, then click in “Next”.
  5. Enter your new password and click “Update”.
  1. Log in cuallet.com with your user and password.
  2. From the main menu, select the option “Settings”.
  3. Select the “Security” option.
  4. Enter your previous password, new password, confirmation of new password and the answer to the security question, and click “Confirm”.

Your account will be blocked after 3 failed attempts. In this case:

  1. Try again after 30 minutes.
  2. If your account is still blocked, call our toll free customer care number 01-800-CUALLIX (2825549) from Mexico and 1-855-460-5050 from USA to receive assistance.

  3. There are 3 options to choose: Account Number, email or Phone Number
  4. Fill in the fields that follow according to the option you chose.
  5. After finishing clic the button “Debit Account”
